Prune tree and remove large branch
McDonald's provided a prompt quote after I contacted them. Their flexibility allowed me to agree an acceptable price.
However, what I thought was a quote to prune the tree and remove a large branch turned out to be a quote to remove the large branch only.
The team was flexible and accomodating and ended up doing a lot more than remove the large branch. We both played a part in the miscommunication.
The work was performed to a high standard and the cleanup was excellent. Communication was good too.
My backyard is certainly a much brighter place and I don't have to worry about that big branch hanging over my car.
I would certainly recommend Steve and his team to others requiring qualified solutions to tricky tree problems.

Thank you Andrew, we always make sure that the homeowner, crew and myself are all on the same page before we start any job. The limb we removed for you probably would have failed from that last storm we had. Your car should feel much better!
