Moose On A Roof

I have just filed legal action against Moose on a Roof for $3000. After requesting a $2000 up-front deposit in July, they promised on 6 occasions to complete my job and each time they did not show up or call. Water damage to my roof also resulted in August. They told me they have now closed the business, and they have no intention on returning to honor their contract with me. I paid a $2000 deposit for new skylights and nothing was installed. Beware if this company offers to do business, because they are no longer operating. I will report back if they refund my money that they have taken.
