MRE (planning division) and their structural engineering partner provided an engineered drawing (LVL beam) and as-built inspection letter. My kitchen renovation project (DIY build) involved removal of a load bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room.
MRE communicated well, delivered a stamped engineering drawing quicky (as promised) and responded to clarification questions promptly.
Their invoice was aligned with the estimate and I feel as though I paid a fair price for the service that I received.
