Zoltan and his crew did an excellent job refinishing my 100 year old floors and delicately tying in new floors to match. They took the time to pull back some of the old boards so the tye-in of new floors didn't start abruptly, but were seamlessly integrated. Individual floor boards that were too far damaged to be saved were carefully extracted and replaced. You cannot tell where new meets old.
When I was not happy with the look of the stain I chose after it had been applied to the entire ground floor, Zoltan mixed a new batch with a different ratio to come to the colour I was aiming for. No push back or problem.
This was one rare instance where contractors kept the place neat and tidy throughout the job and left it clean. Sounds simple, but when nobody else does it, it means a lot.
I'd gladly recommend Zoltan to anyone seeking work on their floors, especially detailed repair work.
