Excellent service. Reliable and responsive. Will not hesitate to recommend them. I used them this past winter and was not disappointed. Judaine ensure that our parking lot was always cleared in time.

3 sections of fence fell after winter, 4 new posts installed, 1 new section of fence built, 2 sections repaired. Work was perfect, on time & on budget. Very satisfied.

Excellent communication, on time, very professional and amazing work. Judaine has been fantastic to work with, he takes the time to explain all the details and is an honest guy. This is the first time I’m happy with a contractor from start to finish! He has gone above and beyond to ensure we loved every piece of it, and gives importance to the details.

The backyard and the driveway extension looks phenomenal with the new interlock, plus a beautiful natural gas stone fireplace in the backyard, new sod and a wood planter that transformed our outdoor into a retreat that is extending the living space of our house.

I have recommended Judaine to friends and family already, and will absolutely give him a shout next time I need some work done!

May 2019 I reached out to Judaine at Dabreo Property Maintenance to get some stone work done on the front of my house. On May 17th most of the work was completed. Our front grass and trees were removed, and the stones installed. There were steps installed that didn’t match the rest of the stones. I asked Judaine for the steps to be removed and reinstalled at the end of July which he did commit to. The day came and went and when asked why the job wasn’t complete, Judaine prioritized other jobs over completing this one. It is now the end of September and I still don’t have a complete finish. I noticed that Judaine and his company were taking other jobs before completing mine and will keep posting reviews until the rest of the job is complete.
My advice to anyone exploring working with Judaine and Dabreo, explore other property management services.

Friendly, eager and seemingly knowledgeable personality however more professionalism and experience is required. The general aesthetics of the work is good however there could be overall improvements. Timeliness of work, responses and follow-up is exceptionally poor.

We needed new sod installed on our front yard after a tree removal had meant it looked pretty dismal. Not only did Dabreo provide an excellent job, they also did so within a short turnaround time. Very happy customers!
