National Snow Removal

My wife and i hired them this previous winter to do complete snow removal at our property. They completed the job in an efficient manner and at a very fair price. We will continue using them this winter and for future winters to come. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good removal job.

After using them for the last few years, we wouldn't look anywhere else. They show up, they are quick to communicate, and they the price for the level of service provided we would highly recommend to give them a try. I have referred 4 of my friends who are now using them too as well!

National has been doing our commercial lot in Brampton for the last 3 years. They manage our parking lot, walkways, and salting. Their service has been up to par compared to our previous contractors and we will continue to use these guys! Good job this season!

You have been warned! I too can verify the below two reviews. Exactly the same experience, exactly word for word. I would like to add on top of the horrible (I wish I could express how bad this really was, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had with ANY company ever) experience, the owner "Stephen" if that's his real name is extremely aggressive, combative, takes zero ownership of his worker's failings and at one conversation threaten me that "there would be trouble if we met face to face". BE WARNED, look at your quote. Business address is suspect, and "Stephen" does not use his last name.

The snow was not cleared in any reasonable timeframe ever and only showed up after calling. When they eventually showed up with shovels snow was not cleared. This failing is 100% on the company.

I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will be using a neighbour's company who cleared his driveway perfectly throughout this season. Perhaps it is because they showed up promptly and used the proper equipment. Ironically they are cheaper as well.

We've lived at this residence for over 25 years now and have hired people or companies to clear snow seasonally for a good part of those 25 years. The service received could be classified average, better than average or less than average. This year we hired National Snow Removal and the only way I can classify their service: abysmal.

After the heavy snowfalls we had this season, they would show up very, very late (sometimes only after we called) with a hand shovel (without a snow blower) and remove only the top layer of loose snow leaving behind a thick layer of packed snow at the bottom. Each time we called to complain we got the response that it was our job to put salt to remove that packed snow.

On at least two occasions the snowbank across the driveway left by the city snowplows was not cleared for days leaving us housebound.

We have photographs and neighbors to evidence/witness this abysmal service.

Almost never came. All I kept hearing was someone will turn up. Ended up clearing snow myself 80% of the time. And when someone did show up the quality of work left me thinking ... I am an idi*t to hire jokers!

National Snow Removal was there to help me out during the last two CRAZY storms in Mississauga this year! Quick, reliable and competitively priced. I will definitely be looking to obtain a seasonal package next year.

They arrived on time, they were very professional and they were very efficient! I would definitely tell my friends and family about their service as it was quick and they were very polite.
