We hired them to make & install cabinets in October, the job was to be installed prior to Christmas. It was delays, excuses and one thing after another and we went for weeks without any replay or responses to texts and emails. it was finally installed the first week of March! The final product was good but the experience was not good at all!

We are sorry for any delays to your project, and any communication issues. Our staff have been working extremely hard to meet the demands of our clients, which may have detracted from best communication as our teams work both on the tools & liaise with clients. I am happy the final product is to your satisfaction. I wish our experience together went better. Sometimes in our industry, being custom woodworking & finishing, we can experience changes to supply, manpower etc. that can affect turnover of projects. I can appreciate that you have a strong desire to provide a negative review, but I wish you would communicate directly to us and finding a solution, as opposed to deliberately seeking to reduce our chances of success by posting negative reviews. If there is anything I can do to make this experience better, please let me know.
