Poor customer service and electical knowledge

Not in the least impressed. Asked him to do 5 different things. Told me he could not install the thermostat I purchased and I should call a HVAC specialist. When my son came over on the weekend and installed that very thermostat. Question does BAZ know what he is doing?
He promised to return with a transformer to fix a potlight in my kitchen. Never heard back from him. Texted him 3 times and no response. Zero customer service.
Basically paid him $100 to install 2 bulbs. WOT and WOM.
