The original blinds were hung close to a protrusion on the window frames. Over a number of years a mark developed on the frames wearing away the surface of the blinds.
We requested a replacement of the two blinds under the 5 year warranty. With no questions asked the blinds were replaced quickly and efficiently.
We are most pleased with the service we received on both occasions and would highly recommend this company to our friends. Thank you.
