Pat recently completed a structural repair job at my house. It was a complicated job due to the repair of the existing structure. When I contacted other contractors for quotation, some of them turn down the job due to its complexities but Pat and Danny took on the challenge and did a great job. During the construction, they demonstrated professionalism and knowledge, kept the site clean and tidy, they were able to provide effective solutions when unexpected issues arise and finish the job in the agree upon timeframe. Pats communication during the project and his after-sale service was excellent. One thing I am particularly impressed with is that there was an issue about a week after the construction finished, I phoned Pat and his team came the next day to fix the issue. I hear horror story all the time about contractors ghosting you during the project and after they received the full payment, and Pat is definitely not one of them, so kudos to Pat and his team.
