Shawn was great - flexible with my schedule and budget! Needed a reverse osmosis filter for my collection of over 300 tropical houseplants including rare orchids (which don’t hard or salt-softened water) JNJ came highly recommended in several local groups and Shawn was quick to respond and set up a time for installation.
