Sean was awesome. He attempted to save our old Softener to avoid replacement but it was on its last legs. He promptly came up with an affordable solution and got to work right away. He is honest, reliable and even followed up!

Shawn was great - flexible with my schedule and budget! Needed a reverse osmosis filter for my collection of over 300 tropical houseplants including rare orchids (which don’t hard or salt-softened water) JNJ came highly recommended in several local groups and Shawn was quick to respond and set up a time for installation. Shawn was working on my neighbors installation, I stopped by and asked if he wouldn’t mind looking at my system. Shawn came over and looked over my existing system, a system I had already spent a few hundred dollars on trying to get operational again. I trusted Shawn when he said that this system would cost more to fix than it would to install a new one. A couple of days later he was back, working around my insane schedule, his installation went perfectly. He reconnected my fridge water system to the new R.O system. No more fridge filters to replace. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional. He took the time after to test my water throughout the house. I could not have asked for a better professional to install the R.O unit.

I’d say life saver, he is now my filter saver.
