My electronic shade detached from the roll. Harmony was able to come promptly and fix it. The price was fair and the technician was knowledgeable and familiar with the Somfy system.

My motorized shades (that were installed by a different company) had stopped working. Ephraim came, quickly found the problem and fixed it. Equally important, he patiently taught me everything I need to know to keep my shades working well.

Same day service to repair my blinds - he arrived the same day as I requested the repair and fixed my blinds right away as he carries in stock parts for many of the builder installed blinds. Perfect!
