Speedy locksmith service at most affordable rates! The locksmith who came to at my home seemed to be highly skilled and experienced too, as he did the job well and in no time.

I used City Wide Locksmith's for a new deadbolt installation. Steve is a super nice guy who if you're interested is loaded with useful security information.

His work is impeccable, he's fast and he's fair. He even tuned up my other locks on the door.

Steve was getting calls and was working while answering them hands free. Most were spam calls. I asked him why he didn't just use his voicemail and learned that he ALWAYS answers his phone no matter what he's doing, it's a matter of being a good locksmith , reliability !

Steve is not only incredibly personable, he is EXTREMELY timely and incredibly competent. Apparently the apple does not fall far from the tree, as his father was also in the same trade and taught him a lot of what he knows. On all occasions I have called him, he was literally ABLE TO BE THERE WITHIN 30 mins, and in no more than five minutes after he arrived, problem solved.

In addition, I consider his prices to be incredibly reasonable in comparison to others I have used. I highly recommend Steve of City Wide Locksmith to anyone in need of a locksmith.

If you're locked out, call this company! It was a Friday night, I was taking out the trash, and I closed my locked apartment door behind me without my keys. I luckily had my phone on me and looked on google for area locksmiths. Steve answered right away and agreed to come over despite it being closing time! He was at my place in 10 minutes and had the door open in less than a minute. This man was a true professional and so friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to a bad situation. Steve saved the day (or night)! My friends who were staying in my apartment broke my key in the lock at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night and were left standing in the cold.
They called me in a panic, and I called them, tech Steve showed up within 10 minutes and got them back safely into my apartment within 10 minutes flat.

Out of all the locksmiths I have used in London (and over the course of more than a decade, there have been many!), Steve has been the most responsive, the most reasonably priced, and also the most willing to educate and explain about the pros and cons on my current lock.
