Arrived on time, had all necessary equipment and completed the job quickly and cleaned up prior to any clients arriving.

Got a smart lock installed after consulting and getting recommended brand and type from City WIde Locksmith, I purchased what I needed from Amazon. Once I got the materials, the appointment was quick to make and installation was done promptly (COVID safe with mask on, did not need to enter the house). Thanks again City WIde Locksmith for another job well done!

Our lock broke, I called the City WIde locksmith. They picked up the phone right away, I sent in the pics of the lock, the locksmith called back with the estimate and my options. Fortunately, he was able to come same evening, showed up on time, followed all COVID precautions. Changed our lock and installed the Ring. Works very clean and neat, polite, punctual. Explained very clearly what he was going to do before starting to work. No hidden charges. Overall great service, highly recommended. We are happy to support this business with our review.

Steve saved us last night! Our just arriving Airbnb guests called to say that the keypad was not working and they couldn't get in. We called City Wide locksmith at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and he was here in 15minutes. He figured out that the keypad lock had broken, and he came up with a temporary fix.

We checked online and found an identical model of our highly rated keypad lock was available only online, Steve said that he thought he might have an identical model in his storeroom. Otherwise we were going to have to wait until Monday for him to try and get one from the supplier. He called later that night to say he had one and would be by the next morning to install it.

Not only was the service amazing, Steve is so knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced! We'll be recommending him to all our friends and neighbors.
