Mark and his partner arrived on time as promised. They started the work as promised by putting carpets around the house , closing vents etc. when they saw the duct pipes they recommended it doesn’t need any cleaning for at least 2 years.

This was our first time availing duct cleaning services and Marc’s honesty on this was highly appreciated, as he could have just cleaned it again without sharing it with us.

They finished the dryer vent cleaning and also sanitise the vents.

They look the price for only these services.

I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism, I did a small renovation three months ago and wanted to do the duct cleaning before I turn on the A/C. When they arrive I told them of the renovation, Mark did the same service for the same price he quoted me. That shows how professional they are. The Duct Cleaning Pro responded to my request right away and laid out all my options. They were on time, provided a thorough cleaning of my dryer vent, ducts, and A/C coil, and were done in just over an hour. Before and after photos were also provided. Sanitary and attentive service!

Mark was friendly and followed up and confirmed appointment. I purchased the Gold package but didn't receive before and after photos and no drill brushing was performed of the vents. As no pictures were provided, I can't comment on if drill brushing was not necessary.

Mark and Alex were well equipped to clean our townhouse and were in and out within 2 hours. They did all our vents, cleaned dryer and furnace. They cleaned up after themselves and were nice to deal with. Would recommend.

Our vents were in need of a deep Duct cleaning. After reading such great reviews of The Duct Cleaning Pro we decided to give them a try. From the initial telephone conversation to these two gentleman’s coming to our residence they were very nice and professional. They informed us what exactly was wrong, down to our furnace needing a new filter to giving each and every vent a deep clean. They informed us of the products they used being chemical free and all organic .... which was very important to us seeing as we have a 2year old. Both Mark and Alex took their time to help move some things back in place (nothing was rushed) and seem like very trustworthy people. The price seems reasonable for having 15-18 vents cleaned. They knew exactly what they were doing and got straight to work. After a visual inspection both my husband and I are absolutely satisfied with their services and would recommend them 100%!!
