very poor workmanship. After a few years job looks terrible (see pictures: cracking and major efflorescence). No value for money. Jacob charges a premium for sub par work. He only seem care about money. When I raised concerns about putting a concrete wall over wood, he assured me it would look great. Boy was I wrong. When I raised the fact the wall was crumbling, he said that was normal. After a few years??? I feel like I got ripped off.
