I am delighted to write this review for 911 Appliance Repair Services.
Evgeny did a magnificent job repairing my Samsung dryer. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem but he made sure to show me exactly what was causing my dryer to make hideous scraping/clunking noises. Even though he found only one broken drum roller (the others were in fairly good condition), he discussed with me the pros and cons of replacing only one OR replacing all of the drum rollers. I appreciate his honest opinion and advice. I opted for replacement of all of them since it would only be a matter of time before any one or all of the remaining drum rollers will begin to fail.
