We moved into a new build and found out the builder wouldn't install appliances. After a quick search on Homestars, I call a bunch of companies and ultimately decided to go with 911 Appliance Repair Services. I spoke to Evgeny who asked the right questions and was very knowledgable.

I got a dishwasher, washer and dryer installed the next day, couldn't have asked for quicker service.

The way our kitchen island was wired needed a little creativity to instal the dishwasher. I was happy that Evgeny was a logical thinker and gave great suggestions to solve the problem. He did a great job getting it the dishwasher in.

I would not hesitate to use him again and I would happily refer him to friends and family.

Our oven required repair (element not working) and technician Eugene was assigned to our case. I found him to be very pleasant, and he has great communication (we were able to schedule all appointments easily via phone call).

Eugene clearly has great knowledge of his trade, which allowed him to work extremely quickly on our repair service. The diagnostic work was completed on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday morning Eugene was back at our apartment with a replacement part.

Our refrigerator was not getting cold and our stand up freezer was cold but not freezing. We searched online for a repair service. Based on reviews, we contacted 911 Appliance Repair.

Extremely prompt service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Repair taken care off on our refrigerator and was provided with advise regarding our freezer which did not require repair. This represents their honesty. Great follow-up as well.

His work is professional, he explained the diagnosis of the problem very clearly and soon fixed the dryer efficiently. I would not hesitate to call on this company once more and would happily refer other people to them.

When your appliance needs urgent service, Evgeny will be there for you. Very quick to respond, punctual and knowledgable. My oven door was repaired along with other adjustments to the oven, microwave and wine cooler. Thank you!

Would not drain. Was a complicated fix, small piece of ceramic lodged in small tube. Eugene was thorough, clean and polite. Work was ~1.5 hrs
