Eugene came over to assess my deep freezer that was not working. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. He determined it was a faulty regulator, ordered the part and came to fix it the next day. I will definitely use him again for future repairs and recommend him to others.

It started with a dishwasher that wouldn't drain a few years ago, I cleaned it myself and couldn't clean the pipes, and also loosened a part in the reassembly that caused flooding! I didn't deal with it for at least 2 years. When I submitted a request for quotes this morning, I received a call from 911 Appliance Repair Services within minutes. Evgeny came exactly when he said he would, same day. He spent a couple of hours working very hard in this heat, and explained every step to me. And now I have a dishwasher again. I can't recommend him and the company enough.

Washing Machine broke down on the Saturday evening of the May long weekend, in the midst of COVID. Needed somebody to come fix it asap - Evgeny came at 8am the next morning - repaired the machine and stayed to make sure it went through an entire cycle with no problems. Super helpful and professional - I would absolutely recommend.

After determining the leak was not cost effective to repair, Evgeny returned to install our new dishwasher. He was clean and meticulous. Very responsive. Satisfied with the service.

I called him on a Thursday and told him about my issue with my freezer freezing underneath and I ask if knew what the problem could be and right away he told me what the issue is because he sees it all the time. He came in the next day to fix it and even when i did not have the money at the time he said not to worry he will come back the next week to collect. He doesn’t even know me. I would recommend Him if you are having any issue with your appliances.

On Easter Monday, our washing machine stopped working at a time when a lot of washing needed to be done (with more to come). We found 911 Appliance Repair Services on Home Stars. Evgeny responded quickly and set an appointment for Tuesday morning. We followed up Tuesday morning and he offered to come earlier (a good thing). On arrival, Evgeny went straight to work to identify the issue - the pump had stopped working. Thankfully, he had an LG pump in his truck which fit our machine. Evgeny replaced the pump and our washing machine was back in working order. At a reasonable price. Hoping we won't have other appliance issues, but if we do, we will be calling Evgeny.

He came next day in the morning like he had told me on the phone.
He tried the machine and saw error message A10. He opened the machine ( top and front panel) cleaned as much as he could see, reconnected everything. Same error message. Then He reopened again and looked this time the pressure sensor and also he put his hand inside the inner drum where he found the big problem. Ping pong ball plus other stuff were lodged inside and blocking the drainage. Reconnected again everything, started the machine and now it works like new. Very happy with his work and will call him again in the future.

The way our kitchen island was wired needed a little creativity to instal the dishwasher. I was happy that Evgeny was a logical thinker and gave great suggestions to solve the problem. He did a great job getting it the dishwasher in.
