My refrigerator and freezer was not cooling. Called the following morning and had an appointment same day. Very knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. They had the part on hand, provided a cost upfront and tested the part prior to installing. Everything was done within an hour and didn't leave until they made sure the refrigerator was fully working. The experience was fantastic! I would recommend to everybody.
