Our experience with 911 Appliance Repair Services was great. Eugene picked up the phone or responded to texts immediately. He gave us quick appointments and was always on time. He is knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He stands by his work and has good rates. (he fixed our dishwasher).

We had a dryer that would tumble but wouldn't heat. 911 Repair came and repaired the dryer in one short visit, while also clearly explaining the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Highly recommended!

Evgeny was very professional, polite, and helpful. Initially the freezer wasn't working and he diagnosed it to the board that controls the temperature range but warned that replacing this part is pricey at approx $500-$600. Also that given the age of the refrigerator (12 yrs old) something else could breakdown (e.g. the compressor) making the board replacement a waste of money. I decided to still replace the part but only after he asked me repeatedly whether or not I was sure given what he has said before. 2 days later, the fridge didn't work either which he says meant the compressor needed to be replaced which really wasn't worth it. So, I had to purchase a new fridge and I asked him to install the water line for this new fridge which he did on the day and cost that we had agreed to. Water and ice maker works great! I would definitely recommend him to others and would hiring him again for any other appliance repairs.

6 yr old dishwasher was malfunctioning and stopping after 5 min. The repairman came on time, assessed the situation and worked very hard and continuously until the problem was solved. He was neat and cleaned up the work site completely. Even though it took longer to find the problem then expected, there was never any question of charge more the the original estimate. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Responded to my Home Stars request in literally 30 seconds! Came out within a few hours and diagnosed the issue correctly in minutes! Ordered the part as soon as possible (they were closed on the weekend) and picked it up and installed it and then made sure it was working properly.
I would have no hesitation recommending 911 to anyone for repairs.

I would like to thank Eugene for his fast and professional work. The appliance was fixed in 24 hrs with no delaying and no extra cost. Very humble and knowledgeable repairman. Did not charge an arm and a leg, and did NOT invent any extra-payment-requiring "problems". Would differently use him in the future and would be recommending him to my friends and family.
