Greg (of PDI Plumbing Drains Irrigation) replaced the old leaking kitchen faucet with a new faucet, and he replaced the 2 valves under the sink to make it easier (and cheaper) to replace the faucet in the future.
Greg also replaced the old failing faucet in the laundry room with a new faucet, he also replaced the 2 valves under the sink, and he replaced the leaking plastic Trap Seal Primer Line (which goes from the laundry room faucet, through the floor, into the basement's floor drain) with a quarter-inch copper line. Switching to a copper line will prevent this Trap Seal Primer Line from ever leaking again in the future.
He brought his own shop-vacuum cleaner, and he left the 3 work areas (kitchen sink, laundry sink, and basement near the floor drain) in a cleaner condition than when he arrived! He even replaced the ties that secure the washing machine drainage tube into the laundry room's standing drain pipe, so that now there is no chance of the washing machine drainage tube ever slipping out and flooding the floor. I have never experienced such a thorough and conscientious plumber before! I will certainly call Greg to fix all my future plumbing problems. And he did all of this on a Sunday, which means that I did not have to take time off from my job during the week!
The $720 total cost below, includes all parts (including the 2 new faucets , the 4 new valves, and the quarter-inch copper line), all his labour, and HST. If I had called any of his franchised competition, I am sure that I would have paid them more, and they would not have showed up at my house on a Sunday!

Greg did a larger job for us last year so I was very happy to have him back to do a smaller but tedious job this time. Greg explained the issues causing the leak in our powder room, he was efficient and professional. He did an excellent job replacing toilet parts, and repairing the seal using much better parts than were there.
