One Call Plumbers

A clogged toilet was discovered at my rental property. Both my tenant and myself each called in a contractor separately (a handyman and a plumber) but neither were able to fix it in spite of money spent. In a desperate attempt, I sent out a request on HomeStars and Wahid called almost immediately at 7am! Right from the get-go, he was professional, honest and patient with all my inquiries.

Long story short, he had to come twice - not because he didn't do his job properly but I wanted to save money and didn't have him to do the full job since I thought the problem was resolved based on the preliminary fix. He was more than happy to return immediately next day and performed what he was initially contracted to do and more!

As a landlord, I deal with many contractors and I can say he is a gem. His diagnose was bang on right from the start and service cost was very reasonable considering how much work he did over two visits. He even waived the cost of his first visit as he sees that it's his full responsibility to fix the issue (even though technically I was the reason why it was not fixed at the first visit).

He definitely will be my plumber for life and I recommend him to whomever that is in need of any plumbing job!

Absolutely amazing job from start to finish. I noticed a leak on my basement ceiling and put out a request on HomeStars. Within 5mins Wahid reached out to me and was ready to come by same day within 90mins (this was already 5pm when I noticed the issue). He came by under 90mins, diagnosed the issue within minutes, gave me AMAZING advise and a very HONEST quote with multiple options to resolving my issue. What I thought would be a $1000 job ended up being a $400 job and I've now found my plumber of choice for life.

He fixed my issue within 45mins while educating me along the way. He cleaned up after he was done and it was like he was never there except the fact that I no longer have a leaky pipe. I will definitely rely on Wahid for any future plumbing needs and recommend to any friends/family/strangers!
