Jordan from Great West Radon is friendly, experienced and efficient. He visited our home and walked my wife and I through the mitigation process and answered all our questions. The day they showed up to install the gas mitigation system he and his assistant were polite and respectfull and they completed their work in about 5 hours. Jordan kept me updated on how things were going throughout the installation process to ensure I was comfortable that the mitigation system would work as expected.
