Craig did several home exterior repair jobs for us over a couple days. He gave good advice on the most practical, inexpensive solutions. Communication was quick and direct, and the work itself first rate and reasonably priced.

Craig did a home renovation for us including: new flooring throughout the house, painting of all rooms and ceilings, reconfiguring our closet doors in all bedrooms (prior to this the doors were ceiling to floor) , building a room divider in our front hall, new baseboards throughout the house and installed new front and back doors.
Part of the flooring included a custom made edging around the bottom of our fireplace in the family room. Craig also put new trim around the windows and doors.
We actually enjoyed our renovation for several reasons. The first was that we were able to discuss exactly what we wanted done with Craig and he also gave us great suggestions which made this reno more of a collaboration. Craig always arrived on time and worked very hard while he was here. If he was going to be late he would text to let us know he had to pick something up for the reno.
There were also no financial surprises. We knew the cost of the reno before we got started. This really helped us in budgeting.
Craig also cleaned up every day so that the reno did not disrupt our
everyday life.
We would highly recommend Craig if you are planning to renovate. He is
very professional and responsible. We actually enjoyed it and we had some fun along the way.
