The crew from City’s choice Comfort Air were just great. If I could give more stars I would.

Andre, Patrick, and Rohan are great guys. They are super friendly and very professional.
My furnace broke on Christmas Day and within hours Andre was there. He explained the issue and all my options and once I made my decision the crew was there the next day installing my new furnace and AC unit.
They laid out blankets and took great care of our home. I highly recommend this company.
I wouldn’t hesitate a second to invite them back into my home.

I used Andre once before and had lost his card so when my shops heater stopped working I started frantically searching random repair companies. it’s only when I saw all of the amazing reviews and saw the name Andre that I knew I had found him again.After calling he was able to come out to assess my situation quickly and then get the necessary part to fix my unit. Andre is a really honest and sincere person who I trusted immediately. I will not misplace his card again and would never hesitate to recommend him.

Andre, is one of the best. He was finished work at 3o'clock, and came to our house at 11pm to install a motor in our furnace.

Based on the cost to replace a part in my old furnace, I decided to buy a new one. They offered 10 year parts and labour on the furnace. They guys did a great job taking out the old one and the new has worked great!

Called Andre at 10:30 on a Friday night, he was at my door within the hour. Super friendly and even spoke quietly since my wife and daughter were asleep. The repair was simple, just a dirty sensor. Everything was completed within half and hour and we had heat again. I would call him back in a heartbeat and you should as well.

We are currently taking care of a rental property for a relative and the tenant called to say that the furnace died. City’s Choice Comfort came right away and by the end of the day we had a new furnace and a warm house. Thank you so much Andre and crew.

Our AC wasn't cooling properly back in Aug so I came here at Homestars to search for providers I accidentally came upon City"s Choice reviews and was impressed with the testimonies. I called them to let them know of our problem and Andre was very kind to come to our house that evening and check our unit. He is not the type who is pushy to sell you the highest brand. He clearly explained the different options and how HVACs work. We decided to have both our AC and furnace replaced since we also had problems early in the year where it won't heat up the house when temperatures dip very very low. There was a leak in our AC last year that must've caused damage to the furnace.

To those contemplating whether to go for the one stage or 2-stage furnace, Andre will explain to you what it is and the difference. I did some research and eventually went with one stage which is what Andre recommended. To those HVAC people up-selling you for the 2-stage, be wary.

I'd also like to mention how thoughtful Andre was. Where else can you find a contractor that asks his customer if they can grab coffee, breakfast or lunch for you before they come in? Now that's what I call customer service with a touch.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience with City's Choice. We went with the higher model. Installation went smoothly and they cleaned the area before they left. Both AC and furnace are working well.

We also recommended City Choice to our friend who also had their AC & furnace replaced by them. To wrap things up, all I can say is you can't go wrong with City Choice.

We decided for the health and comfort of our family we needed to replace the electric baseboard heating system we had. I put out a request on HomeStar and received a call from Andre within minutes and he was at our home that afternoon. We explained our situation and he recommended a propane furnace, water tank, air conditioner, and exhaust systems. It also involved taking down part of the basement ceiling to build air ducts through out house. They were here for two weeks working steady and we really miss them now they are gone. Andre, Patrick and Rohan have changed our lives with a warm home and hearts. We didn't have any hot water (our fault) and Andre came out at 11:30 on a Friday night to solve our problem.

We are grateful that they came into our lives and consider them friends.

When I realised that I needed a new furnace, I had a million questions around cost, warranty, quality and brands. Andre was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. We arranged for a date to replace the furnace and the team were very respectful of our home and had the job done in about 3hrs. I was shown all the work that was done and give all pertinent information. I am very happy with the unit and I will definitely recommend them to others
