These crew worked hard anddid a very good job. The clean up was good. They also fixed my window outside at no extra charge. we finally got it fixed. Thank you very much! Yong and his team is excellent. They came on time and after work was completed they did very good job in cleaning and putting patio stone back as before. His team sealed edges of exterior windows which was not part of the contract. I am very satisfied with overall work.

Scheduling was a breeze and they called to confirm our appointment the day before. The Sign Waterproofing techs who arrived was on time, polite and professional. Once the results were in, they contacted us again to be sure we understood the lab reports. As it turned out, it wasn't mold and therefore, we didn't need any further services. Sign Waterproofing Inc did A great job fixing cracks and plugging rod holes in our basement. They were one of the few companies that I didn’t just try to sell us an entire waterproofing system in our basement as we only had some minor water issues. Price ended up being reasonable and the work was completed in a timely matter. I would recommend them to others! Also, Yong did the very good customer service!!! A+++++++

Yong came in to to check what was going on was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly, explained what was happening and then told me what they had to do to stop my water leak. I understood exactly what they were going to do. Sign Waterproofing techs came in to do the work were also very polite and great. They did the work and it only took a little over and hour and the leak was fixed. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me the work they had done. I am very happy with the work done and my basement no longer leaks
