I didn't receive a garage door opener for one of the garage doors of my recently purchased home. I took a picture of the Genie opener and sent it to Avidor who informed me that there was a universal opener that would meet my needs. Within a day, Avi was at my house syncing the opener with my Genie and lubricating the moving parts of the door. He even noticed one of the tracks was bent, saying 'This is bothering me' and proceeded to straighten it...talk about going beyond the call of duty. I love his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. I would highly recommend him to meet your garage door needs.
