I was cleaning out the garage today and the door wouldn't open or close automatically as it usually does. I tried a few things myself and called Comfort Garage who had serviced my garage door last year.
Being a weekend I was not sure if I would get anyone. Not only did they answer and take down my info but the tech called me right back.
He was able to diagnose the issue with a few steps over the phone and got it going again.
I'm so thankful and impressed. This is true service in my opinion, it does not have to be transactional with dollars and cents always. Thank you for your willingness to help, I will always be happy to call you and happily recommend you to my family, friends and neighbours.
