Mr Saff installed my garage door opener for me 1 year ago and did a excellent job. He told me it would be a good idea to change the springs at the same time because my house was 11 yrs old. I tried to save some money so i didnt change the springs and now the garage door wont open. I called Saff and within 2 hours he came out and helped me install new springs and now the garage door works awesome. He is a very nice guy that does an excellent job.
It would be wise to change your springs at the same time you install the new garage door opener as per his recomendation !!!
