Called Celeste on Sunday evening to replace our main bathroom toilet. He was here at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Can't ask for much more than that. He was very professional and courteous, followed covid protocols, was very aware of the possibilty of damage to our carpets while removing the old toilet and as such, I was able to remove the runner in our hallway
to prevent that. Replaced the old toilet, pointed out a potential future issue to be aware of but did not push a repair since it could be quite some time (if ever) before it might need to be done. All in all I was extremely happy with 2Bros and would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.
