I talked with Riya about a replacement water heater, and she listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided exactly what I needed in terms of pricing and quality, without any extra hidden costs at the end. The technicians Valery and Manmath were very courteous and professional in their work. Valery took his time to explain what they were doing and any precautions that needed to be taken. He also pointed out how the previous contractor didnt properly cap an old vent pipe that didnt meet the code requirement. He rectified it so that it did comply with code. I was very impressed with everything from start to finish.
