Replace Water Heater with Tankless option
Our 20 year old gas hot water heater started leaking.
We called Smile HVAC and they dispatched Dimitre right away.
He determined the old tank had to be replaced and offered a
choice between another, similar hot water tank and a tankless
water heater, explained the difference, pros/cons, prices, etc.
We agreed on the tankless option
Valery, Manmath, An, and Tony arrived at the agreed time and two hours
later the old tank was gone, and the new, tankless was installed and running
like a charm. They were, at all times, professional and courteous, They
consulted us on the location of the new unit and were responsive to our
questions etc. We are super happy with the new heater, the installation
and the service altogether.
Not only do we recommend them highly, we are repeat customers. They have
previously replaced our furnace and on another occasion, our A/C unit. We
sought them out for this job.
Would we use them again? Absolutely.
