The jewel stone work was done about 2 and half years ago and still looks amazing.
The new kitchen cabinet with floor tiles project was about 1 and half year now, everyone loves it they got a lot of referrals from us.

I hired this company in 2021 to have garage flooring done with parching. This is a $10000 job and cash deal, the business owner, Rogne who hired his unskilled staffs doing my garage, the staffs showed up at my property without notifying me in advance. They suddenly showed up on my driveway in May 2021 and started doing the job whenever they felt like it. My surveillance proved it. They damaged my asphalt driveway which was newly done in 2019 after polyurethane flooring was done. I spoke with the owner, asked him multiple times to come and fix the mess on my driveway, he refused and said, "No, I'm not going to clean it.", very soon, my asphalt driveway started peeling, see attached. Parching job left a mess after the job was done. I will never ever hire this company again! I will not refer this company!

I want to thank the new point construction team that we hired to do our basement renovation, kitchen cabinets installation and epoxy flooring on our garage floor. They were very respectful and diligent in their work. True professionals at their craft. We really appreciate that due to winter and our urgent requirements they completed the work in less time without compromising on the quality. The garage floor looks amazing! and so does the Kitchen cabinets and our basement. I will continue to refer you guys. Thank you so much.

New Point Construction Inc solely operated by a single person, is not reliable and cannot be trusted with a project. The owner will low ball to get you sign the initial contact and will increase the quote, when he discovers things as renovation progress. He has no experience of construction or design. He is best at sounding very experienced , will throw random terms inspection, open permits, and I have the best guys. None of his workers are paid on time, and when the workers realize who they are with, it is a no show, and the Client suffers. He gathers all the money he can ,to pay for his past debts and rotates this to work on other sites. Materials bought for your site are constantly removed to other sites. Will delay work , and have no reasons and be unreachable most of the time. Shows up once a week, does very little work and will ask for money again.

With over 80% of the project amount with him, he will still complain and abandon a project which has got 40% remaining. He is bad with numbers and will keep on talking with no reagard for your time and money. 3 weeks project has now been abandoned after 60days with 40% unfinished work. They have different pages on Facebook and different ways to spell and host their websites. Most of the previous clients have removed this person from their site, due to delays and improper completion, and constant no show. He is one man show, sometimes the project coordinator , sales consultant, the office administrator, the CEO, the worker who assumes to know every kind of work, and the money grabber.

I would simply stay away from this business.

I hired New Point Construction Inc. to complete my basement renovation project. In the beginning, the guy was very good. very accommodating and agreed to finish all the discussed items. He sent a professional invoice and the contract got signed. the problem started after that. he kept taking the money in cash, with all the promises that he will issue the receipts soon, which never happened. Every week he will send a new invoice, raising the agreed amount, with a claim that effort has increased. this happened 6 times in total. He took almost 80% of the money in cash and the work done was not even 30%. then the blackmailing started to happen. all the timelines agreed upon, didn't had any meaning anymore. the 1 month project is now 5 months old and still 50% done. I had to hire my own people to finish the project. his excuses would be, his guys betrayed him, the material is expensive, he estimated wrong. 1 day he will be apologetic but next day he would call me with threats and abuse. He even said, "I know where you live with your family and i can create problems for you!".
He has no knowledge of construction, he has no references. he couldn't show me any of his past projects. He will claim he is perfectionist, professional, technical, which he is not atall.
I would just say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. one of the worst experiences of my life. lost lot of money, time and what not..

New point did a every good job at my house for blinding concrete on my walkway and putting epoxy on my garage floor.

Existing front step deck had deteriorated to the point that there was water penetration to the laundryroom below. They assessed the situation and replaced the existing deck with new concrete and provided a final seal and finish for deck and steps.
