Several times my alarm was activated by a guest who stepped outside to smoke. Never did they call the house or my cell phone. I called them the last time and asked if they had received the signal at their end that the alarm had been activated. The lady said that they had, but someone had shut it off!
?!?!?! W H A T ?!?!?!
SO I DON'T GET A CALL BACK TO SEE IF I'M OK???? WHY THEN, DO I HAVE A KIDNAP CODE???
I cancelled my service with them immediately!
