I can't overstate how scared I am of rats. I panicked when I saw a large rat run across my kitchen in the middle of the night. They scheduled a visit for the early morning. Technicians followed the Covid guidelines when doing the work inside our house. They located the entry area, too. Overall, they took great care of us.
