TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

We have lived in this house for over 10+ years, and I woke up this morning with racoon dropping middle of the deck. Given I have little kids and a dog I need to get this taken cared of right away. I found TSR and Allan responded within minutes and was able to find time the same day to come by to take a look. The guys were very professional and right away they were able to identify some areas of concern, and quickly went to work. They sealed up the entry point from the soffit and built a one way trap, everything was secure and tidied up. Sal personally went up to inspect the attic and provided me with clear explanations every step of the way. I am confident this will do the trick and hope the racoons move on. Highly recommended.

Sal removed a few snakes from a deck box in our backyard. He also repaired a hole on the side of the deck box that snakes were using to get in and out. Great job! Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable!

Allan came the same morning we called. He was very professional and installed 4 rat traps . He also, with permission, inspected two adjoining neighbours where he found a rat hole.

Good service. Scheduling team accommodated our last minute request. The exterminators arrived on time, listened to our concerns, did a thorough spraying, unlike what the exterminators contracted by the condo management. They spent over 45 minutes in our unit.

Our contractor who was doing renos discovered a large rat problem. He also was kind enough to refer us to tsr. The company made a stressful situation pleasant. The level of customer care was so genuine and touching and the technicians projected confidence and trust with their work.

There was something living in our attic and only tsr could identify what animal it was. Two other companies from this website have us a wrong diagnosis. Because the diagnoses were not right. Their treatments were not useful either. TSRs Sal didnt know about this. After half a minute around the house not only he came up with an original diagnosis, that we had squirrels in our attic. He even told us what kind of squirrel we had based on Several factors he observed. Sal was able to end our critter troubles within an hour-an hour and a half.
