Raccoons entered through roof. They tore the shingles and damaged the wood planks underneath. The technicians removed the animals and patched the damage on the roof. Their work was very professional.

We don’t know how it started, but before we knew it, mice were all over the house. We couldn’t fall asleep because of the squeaky noise coming from behind the walls, cabinets, etc. We would start hearing them as soon as lights were switched off and the house went quiet. TSR helped us overcome a very scary cockroach infestation in our condo unit. At that point, we had decided to give them more space to complete their work. We believe we received the best possible service. There were no hidden costs and they did not try to sell us any expensive monthly contracts. I am glad I found a reliable company.

I worked in construction for 30 years managing different types of projects. I know quite a bit about contractors and home improvement services. But I should say TSR have an impressive approach to their job and I have very rarely run into contractors who are as knowledgeable and meticulous and fair. Sal knows how to manage a project. These guys are also very tech-savvy. I was impressed when they used a computer to sketch some metal constructs that would need to be installed in several areas of my home to prevent rodents from re-infesting our place. They even carry a printer in their trucks. They printed a copy of the sketch and work plan for me. They returned next day with all the fixes and did a clean and professional job with their installations.
