I highly recommend Sergei as he was impressively quick to respond and was not discouraged by working on my stackable dryer in a small condo space. I called many other repair people who were not very polite and were quick to say no based on my concerns. Sergei was very polite, professional, resourceful and took his time to explain the options available to fix my problem which he did fix in the same visit. I was so pleased with his hard work and honesty, fair pricing and help, that he will be returning to fix my fridge issue which is next on my list of things to fix.
