Sergei was quick to respond for this service request. He was very communicative and specific on his availability.
He arrived early with a call prior to arrival.
He was pleasant, polite and addressed the issue by checking washing machine thoroughly.
Despite the efforts there was still soapy water on the floor and Sergei returned to check the attached tube (which had no leak). I was satisfied with his efforts and the service. I would recommend him.
