Very responsive, on time, clean and very helpful. I appreciated that he responded right away, gave me a time range, called prior to his arrival, arrived right on time and right within range, came prepared with his tools and when he entered my house he covered his shoes.
He was very thorough and made sure everything was reviewed and covered before closing up and providing me with some steps on preventing the issue from happening again.
It was perfect and Sergi was very helpful.
My freezer is doing great and he just saved me $5K on replacing it.
