This company was doing some work across the street from me and I needed help with a small stucco repair. We agreed on a day and price - so far, so good.
The team completed the job but did fairly sloppy work, including leaving stucco spatter on my windows and awning. I sent Yusuf a photo and he said he would come by to clean it. A week passed and I called him: yes boss, Ill come clean it. No show. I call him back. I sense some attitude and remind him that he said he would come make the fix. We agree on a day; another no-show. Then he tells me to call him back in 3 weeks which I did, except this time, my call goes straight to voicemail so I sent him an iMessage > and noticed my message was not delivered. Turns out hes blocked me. I call from another line and mention this and he gets belligerent because he was attempting to block my call. Ridiculous.
Im glad this was just a small job. Cant imagine dealing with such juvenile nonsense on a real project. Save yourself the aggravation.
