Anton came to inspect our potential new home recently and we found him to be super helpful. The way he answered our questions was very easy for us to understand and he frequently volunteered more information that we didn't ask for (mainly because we didn't know better to ask).
He was straightforward and very realistic with his explanations as well. Whenever we saw a space that needed repairs, he would provide a number of recommendations based on different budgets.
Anton was very open to answering questions and the impression that I got from him is that he values the quality of his work more than anything.
He got our report to us by the end of the day. His reports were very easy to understand, included pictures and diagrams, and organized in a way that we felt made sense.
