RESIDENTIAL SECOND UNIT IN BASEMENT, BELOW GRADE STAIRWELL
We did not know ASR Engineers or Anwar (nor were they referred by someone) but we took our chances based on online reviews. And, we couldn't have been happier with the results. We hired the ASR team to turn our basement into a separate unit with below grade side entrance. Anwar was patient, listened to our ideas and advised on the most optimal outcome while keeping in mind our budget. He was approachable, easy to work with and always available to answer any questions or address any issues or concerns.
A few weeks later we got the permits. We will definitely be returning customers.
