Before hiring Milton Jr. for the job I had received quotes from 4 other contractors for a brand new set of stairs in my recently topped up bungalow.
After the initial meeting with Milton Jr. I was sold on using them to build and install our 2 sets of new red oak stairs, rails and pickets.
With there being issue on the construction of the house we were left with some height restriction for the stairs. Milton Jr. assured me Not to worry, within a couple of hours he sent me a shop drawing of how it would all work out.
Before installation of the stairs Milton Sr. came by to have a once over to be sure everything was in order and ready to go.
Installation of the stairs was quick and easy within an hour! Couldn’t have been more pleased once construction was wrapping up and we could take the protective paper off of them.
Milton Jr. worked amazing with my timing and schedule with everything from having them ready installed and dropping off the rails a few days before install so I could have them stained.
His brother did the install of the rails and pickets and was honestly blown away with the final look of everything.
I will never use anyone other then these guys for stairs in my homes from now on. Everyone was such a pleasure to deal with and they were open and honest about everything.
