We hired Tamas with quality express group and contraxs Canada to help us build our first home.
Our project was suppose to start in April or May of 2022 and was suppose to be completed up to drywall at the end of November of 2022 as per our contract, not to mention the foundation took 4 months to complete which was suppose to be done in 1 month.
After the foundation was completed we were told that we didnt have building permit yet which was suppose to be checked before the foundation started.
Due to permit issues the completion was pushed back to end of February, now we are in August of 2023 and just got the framing completed and roof was suppose to be installed in June but everyday we got different excuses as to why it was not being installed.
One day because it was raining and then it was too windy and then he couldnt get a crane on site.
We have paid him for 80% of the project but got only max 30% of the work done.
Stay away from him and his companies, he is currently being sued by us.
We had to hire another contractor and paid the trades and for the trusses directly to resume our project.
