I had a drain clog on the kitchen line in the basement. It was filled with thick grease (inside the ~3 inch pipe). Alex came by within the hour and started to work on it with multiple snaking tools. He finished by using his camera (no extra charge) to ensure the clog was cleared and diagnose the cause . He showed and explained the cause and probable future issues. Provided a reasonable quote for that job. Very happy with his work and honesty. He doesn’t seem to be a person that will over charge you.
