Underpinning and small addition
Milton, Jakub and their crew were excellent. I always felt like they had my best interest at heart, and they went above and beyond for me. The integrity of their work, and as people is apparent. I lucked out to have Jakub working on this project, he's great at what he does and takes pride in his craft. Throughout the work they kept the property immaculate and were very respectful. They were always there to answer my questions and take care of any concerns I may have had, as well as give me advice along the way. They had no problem bringing me to a job site to check out their work in progress, as I was making the decision to hire. I feel good knowing that the basement was done properly, and that they took the time to do it well.
