JAS signature baths and Victor did an amazing job with my bathroom renovation, my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the final product and the service he and his team provided. He spent over an hour with us on his first visit for a quote and went over every option we had which we felt was very helpful. Him and his designer took us to many suppliers to pick our finishes and gave us style recommendations along the way. Our bathroom was finished within 2.5 weeks and there was work done at our home every day until he was finished. We have recommended his company to my brother and sister-in law and they are already in the process of starting their reno. Amazing job, Thank you Victor and JAS!!

Don't get caught with this company and its owner Victor. His tactics will lure you in with many great promises, but after he collects a non-refundable deposit you will realize that many discussed aspects were simply not true and if you attempt discussing these, he'll get agitated, hide pricing details and offer you to break the contract if you don't like it (not refunding the deposit).

Pros: None.
Cons: Pushy tactics to sign a contract right away. Project will run over budget from the start. Estimation is not free (he charges commitment fee). Many hidden costs and no transparency. Very limited selection of the material. You will loose your deposit. Owner is not trustworthy.

We are very pleased with our beautiful, modern, fully renovated bathroom. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Jas Signature Bath.

Relocating from the US to Canada, Victor took us under his wing and helped us with the renovations on our new home. JAS Signature Baths made renovating from the US a very good experience. Victor had a very short window to complete our renovations and they were completed in time for us to move in. Victor was on top of all of his contractors and gave us daily updates on the progress. Kitchen renovation, installation of new hardwood flooring, interior and exterior house completely painted, the list goes on, and it all looks beautiful!. We would highly recommend JAS Signature Baths and appreciate the personal touch and dedication Victor put into our project. Amazing!

Very professional, very creative, very polite, very trustworthy. Victor or his subcontractors cleaned up the job site every day, and made minimal disruption to the rest of the house. Victor or his daughter were there almost every day to check on progress, quality and that we were happy. Subcontractors were every bit as good as Victor and his daughter. My bathroom would have been done in the allotted time, except for a delivery hicup beyond his control.
It was not cheap, but I think I got value for my money and the end price was still less than some other quotes I had received.
As with any contractor, make sure you understand what is included in your quote, and an indication of potential up-charges. While the price Victor quoted would have produced a very nice bath, I ended up paying more for just about everything. However Victor was very clear on how much each upgrade would be.

In Spring 2018 Jas Signature bathroom renovated our bathrooms and entrance hall.
We cannot thank them enough for hi their professionalism, and for going above and beyond by attending to every detail. They took the time to meet us at the various places to help make the selections. Their patience and eye for design is astounding.
Their entire team treated our home as if it was their own and kept things so neat and tidy.Their crew cleaned every time they left and always used runners on the floors to make sure our carpets were not damaged.
All in all, we can easily say that this was an excellent experience and what we are left with is a veritable work of art.
